*This is an online personal import service.
*Based on the concept of direct shipping from the source, we request you either arrange pickup of fresh sake and food items at your designated warehouse or ship them collect to our domestic warehouse.
*Your company only needs to package and ship items destined for Japan.
*We handle everything from Japan shipping, customs clearance, to home delivery as a one-stop service.
*Delivery delays or damage issues are handled by the global shipping service provider.
*Product payments are settled in the usual shipping month.
*We hold licenses for mail-order liquor retail, general liquor retail, and import/export liquor wholesale.
